Report of 4 Years Clinical Experiences of LASIK

Purpose: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of LASIK surgery in order to adjust personal monograms intra-operatively and improve handling complications.
Method: 8000 eyes underwent LASIK with the Moria manual CB as well as automated M2 and VISX S2 as well as S3 were analyzed intra-operatively complications and postoperatively Vision Acuity outcomes.
Result: Complications such as incomplete, free cut and button-hole caps, epithelial defects and in-growth are analyzed. D.L.K., Dry eye as well as glare with night halo are also evaluated. Finally, Vision Acuity outcomes and postoperatively enhancement rate are reported.
Conclusion: The learning curve of LASIK is not difficult; however, to make perfect post op outcome need stable and safe laser machine as well as the skill for the pre-op evaluation and post-op management.
