  On 4th june 2020, in view of the emergent environment in Bangladesh, E-DA Hospital devotes as a pioneer to the charity movement, provides the real-time knowledge about the hospital management for doctors in Bangladesh in collaboration with Aspire to Innovate (a2i), ICT Division and Bloodman. Dr. Chun-Kai Huang, and Ms. Tara T. W. Chen from E-DA Hospital are present the Webinar on COVID-19 for Doctors in Bangladesh. 40 frontline doctors and public officers had also participate in this webinar to learn this critical expereinece. The Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), Taiwan Nobel Medical Group, Asia Innovation, Development and Entrepreneurship Association (AIDEA), and Taiwan Medical Industries South and Westbound Alliance Association (TMISWAA) also join the webinar.

 

In the webinar, Dr.Huang presents clear procedures about patient management, Also, several doctors in Bangladesh asked questions about the application of medicine for patients. Meanwhile, Ms.Tara presents the management of hospitals and this demonstration is helpful for hospitals in Bangladesh to learn from that.

 

 

Mr. Forhad Zahid Shaikh, Chief e-Governance Strategist, Digital Service Accelerator Access to Information (a2i), ICT Division, shared innovative digital approach of Bangladesh government and proposed a further collaboration with Taiwan medical groups for developing new health tech.

 

 

Md Sahariar Hasan, Jiisun, Founder, Bloodman moderated the sessions and thanked all the participants and he is looking forward to further collaborative efforts between Taiwan & Bangladesh. And Bloodman will be delighted to be a part of it.

 

 

Dr. Md. Sayedur Rahman, Chairman, Department of Pharmacology, BSMMU shared his experience managing patients and hospitals in Bangladesh. He shared that only doctors cant manage such crisis and citizens should follow health guidelines.

 

 

And Vice Superintendent, Dean of International Affairs, Dr. Jung-Yueh Chen, Dr. James T. Q. Tang and all experts in E-DA hospital all exchange ideas with doctors in this webinar.

AIDEA and TMISWAA integrate the demand of local doctors. Moreover, this webinar is supported by Access to Information (a2i), ICT Division, Bangladesh, and Bloodman. In addition, TAITRA joined hands with the Taiwan government and relative organizations, raising supplies from the private sector at the same time, in hopes of alleviating the shortage of local anti-epidemic materials in Bangladesh and sharing our successful experience. This initiative will strengthen the cooperation between Taiwan and Bangladesh, for the two sides to establish a sustainable basis for international medical collaboration.

 

 

The agenda includes complete topics, inclusive of policy about COVID-19 and global medical service, how to manage a COVID-19 patient, and sharing of experience. TAITRA, AIDEA, and TMISWAA collaborate as roles of integration through their network of multinational members, has joined up multi-party cooperation mechanisms to conduct this webinar for the first-line medical personnel in Bangladesh together. Aspire to Innovate(a2i), ICT Division, Bangladesh, and Bloodman organized doctors and support the event in Bangladesh. Some initiatives have been taken by the Government of Bangladesh in assistance with a2i ICT Division to help citizens during COVID 19 situations, such as Probash Bondhu Call Center, COVID-19 Positive Patient Tele-Health Service coordination unit, BSMMU-a2i Specialized Tele-Health Center, Maa Tele Health Centre for Pregnant & Locating Mother, Corona Info. By this webinar, doctors in Bangladesh can learn how to effectively prevent the epidemic under the impact of the dangerous outbreak and important procedures about hospital management. And Bloodman is providing Telemedicine, blood donation, plasma donation, platelet donation etc during this pandemic.

諾貝爾眼科 Taiwanese hospital to conduct webinar on Covid-19 for frontline doctors in Bangladesh.

DA hospital in Taiwan along with access to information (a2i), information and communication technology (ICT) division and Bloodman are going to conduct a webinar on Covid-19 for frontline doctors in Bangladesh.

Forty frontline doctors and public officers will be able to the webinar that going to be held at 2 pm on June 4 said a press release issued Wednesday.

The webinar aims to provide real time knowledge about important treatment procedures and hospital management for doctors during critical epidemics such as Covid-19.  

The webinar also aims is to provide insight about how to provide healthcare and manage coronavirus patients through sharing experiences and treatment and health policies said the release.

Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) will be the advisor of this initiative while Taiwan Nobel Medical Group, Asia Innovation, Development and Entrepreneurship Association (AIDEA) and Taiwan Medical Industries South and Westbound Alliance Association (TMISWAA) will also co-organise the webinar as well.
